What a Typical Thursday Looks Like

Every session follows the same structure — so you always know what to expect.

First 15 min

Arrive & Breathwork

You land. Guided breathwork drops you out of your head and into your body. This is where the week's tension starts to release.

Next 25 min

Teaching & Practice

Matthew or Bentley lead a focused teaching — nervous system regulation, emotional capacity, relational skills. Not a lecture. You practice what you learn in real time.

Final 20 min

Open Conversation

The floor opens. Bring what's real — what happened this week, what you're struggling with, what you're noticing. This is where the group becomes a circle.

Before Next Week

Integration Challenge

One thing to practice between sessions. Not homework — a real-world experiment to take what you learned off the screen and into your life.

Nervous System Training

Breathwork, somatic exercises, and embodiment practices that rewire how your body handles stress, arousal, fear, and intensity. This is where the real shifts happen.

Circle & Accountability

A private space with other men doing the same work. Not a feed to scroll — a place to check in, share wins, ask for support, and stay honest with yourself.
